What is K.I.V.O.?
KIVO has been developed to allow diners who are seeking Kosher meals broader options, including vegetarian items daily and organic products that meet Star-K Kosher guidelines.

Menus change daily with a core of fixed favorites, and are prepared and served action style, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

KIVO is Star-K Kosher certified - all products served strictly meet kosher dietary law. The program is subject to strict rabbinical supervision, and employs an on-site full time manager, trained and certified in Kosher dietary practices.
